UK Delivery

Orders are carefully packed and dispatched from Bobbie Bear and Friends in the UK.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days. During particularly busy periods or around bank holidays, dispatch may take a little longer.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Personalised or Made-to-Order Items

Where an item is personalised or made to order, additional preparation time may be required. Any longer processing time will be stated on the individual product page.

Delayed or Missing Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at bobbiebearandfriendsuk@gmail.com and we will be happy to help.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please check your delivery address carefully when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
