Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your order from Bobbie Bear and Friends. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know that you wish to cancel and return it.

Please contact us at bobbiebearandfriendsuk@gmail.com before returning your item. Once you have told us that you wish to cancel, you then have 14 days to return the goods to us.

Items should be returned in their original condition. You may handle an item as you would reasonably do in a shop to decide whether it is suitable, but we may make a deduction from your refund if an item has been handled beyond what is necessary and its value has been reduced.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return postage is the customer's responsibility. We recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning an item.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds will be made within the time required by UK consumer law.

If you cancel your entire order under your statutory cancellation rights, we will also refund the cost of our standard delivery option. Any additional amount paid for an enhanced or express delivery service is not refundable.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at bobbiebearandfriendsuk@gmail.com and we will be happy to help.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by this policy.

Personalised Items

The statutory right to cancel for a change of mind does not normally apply to goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

This does not affect your rights if a personalised item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
